Tips to Prepare Mouthwatering Recipes

Breakfast tips:

Eating easily digestible as well as nutritious food is most important in the morning. Rather than the lunch or dinner, breakfast is the one which helps us to be active through the whole day. So take immense care in choosing the type of food.

If you do not find enough time to cook your breakfasts then you can go for preparing ‘almond spice sandwich’, which could be prepared in a matter of seconds. By spreading almond mixture in the grain bread and sprinkling sliced almonds and raisins, the healthy and easy-to-prepare breakfast would be ready.

Milk based beverages when in took in the mornings, fill the gap of 5 hours from morning till lunch, providing all the energy we need. Almond or cashew milk could be prepared by soaking them in water and then peel off the skin and blend it with a cup of water. The most energizing drink for the morning would be ready.

Dinner tips:

There is a saying prevalent in southern part of our country that the breakfast we eat should be like the food of King, the lunch should be like those of common people and the dinner should be like that of the beggars’. The dinners should be prepared, keeping this in mind. It should be easily digestible within an hour or two. Only then we would get a nice sleep without any trouble.

Aloo capsicum prepared with potato and capsicum along with chopped onion, tomato and coriander with rotis/chapattis makes a great combination for a light dinner.

Carrot methi subzi, prepared with carrot, onions, green chilies, garlic, ginger, fenugreek leaves, turmeric and coriander powder is also a great combination with chapattis.
