My mother in law bought me this crock put 6 or 7 years ago. I use it weekly to this day and have zero complaints. Last Christmas my husband bought me a new programable Hamilton Beach one which I also love but I still kept this one. It is great to be able to have dinner and dessert going at the same time. Today I am making a whole chicken, for the shredded chicken and the stock in this one and fish chowder for dinner in the other. Yes, I am a true crock pot addict.
