Greetings! Yes, it’s true, Easter is about two weeks away now and many people have been asking me to do some Easter Recipes. I created an entire Easter Dinner for you and it begins with Rick’s famous picnic beans. A recipe that he has been doing in his family and ours for a lot of years. A popular take along for pot lucks and church suppers and picnics too, these beans are easy, requires few ingredients and delivers big flavor. Dress them up and make them yours, we used brown sugar here, but have used molasses and/or maple syrup with great results. This is the first of 4 dishes I have selected for our Easter dinner.
