Ingredients: 2 turkey wings 2 turkey legs 1 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup sliced onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped carrots 3 cups chicken broth seasonings to taste (I used seaonsed salt and pepper) Prepare two bags of processed turnip greens. 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 clove smashed garlic 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth salt and pepper to taste Prepare rice according to package directions.
