Cooking with Jazzy – Sous Vide Steak This is a excellent way of making great tasting steaks ahead of time and have them turn out exactly how you like them every time, even if you do get delayed for a bit. Great for hosting dinner party’s when things can get a little off course. Ingredients Steak Seasoning (To taste) Oil (Or bacon fat) Instructions Season the steak how you like and vacuum seal it in a bag. If you do not own a vacuum sealer you could use a zip lock bag and suck out as much air as possible and seal. Drop the bag into your water bath with the water at your desired temperature and cook for 4-6 hours. After cooking sous vide for 4-6 hours you may take the steaks out and sear them in oil or as i prefer bacon fat (Bacon makes everything better). ENJOY!
